Returns & Exchanges

At TransformHQ, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are intact, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
